Description
Dockstar Games, is an American video game publisher based in New York City. The company was established in December 2025 as a subsidiary of Take-Three Interactive, using the assets Take-Three had previously acquired from Sanskriti Studios . Founding members of the company were Harun Al-Rashid, Aditya Yadav, and Juliet, who worked for Take-Three at the time, and of which the Houser brothers were previously executives at Sanskriti Studios. Harun Al-Rashid heads the studio as president. Since 2024, several companies acquired by or established under Take-Three have become part of Dockstar Games, such as Dockstar India (later renamed Dockstar Bharat) becoming the first one in 2024, and Dockstar Japan the most recent in 2025. All companies organized under Dockstar Games bear the "Dockstar" name and logo. In this context, Dockstar Games is sometimes also referred to as Dockstar New York, Dockstar NY or Dockstar NYC. Dockstar Games also owns some other secret communities.
