Description
"Sign the Concordat, and together we will forge our future in blood and iron." The Concordat, also known as 'The Pact of Steel' officially the 'Treaty of Friendship, Cooperation and Mutual Military Aid', is the linking of several anti-UNSC nations with all of their allies and subservient satellite states. Each major nation is represented by two members in the Concordial Assembly, with minor powers represented by a single member and dependencies with no representatives. Voting on issues is addressed at special meetings which are convened every two weeks. Major States are generally over 500 members, Minor States are under 500.
