AD FATUM DIRIGENDUM The Stratocratic Commissariat of Leadership (SCL), a detachment of the Advisory Hall, is responsible for overseeing, moderating, and maintaining the Leadership Assemblage to keep it organized. The duties of SCL include the continual encouragement of positive relations between officers and the organization/coordination of meetings and other events. The SCL also ensures that necessary measures for implementing state-wide reforms are undertaken rather than being kept on paper.
