Click 'Shirt' or 'Pants' 3. Click the 'Browse' button and choose the template you wish to upload. 4. Click upload [REASON] The reason you can not make clothing is because I am in the middle of making more and have nothing to do. That is why you can not make clothing. But sooner or later you can make more clothing.
