Description
"It's just good business." The Van Graffs are one of the largest merchant houses and crime families to rise up in New California. The Van Graffs carved out a place for themselves in the wasteland arms race with the sale of high-grade energy weapons and a ruthless approach to competition, allowing them to build a trade empire in the heart of NCR territory with influence as far as the Mojave Wasteland to the east and New Reno to the north.
