We are built on loyalty to guild members but not to anyone else. If another crew member back stabs or betrays another please report the incident to a admin(+). Ranking up is based upon showing up to group training's in game, and helping out in searches for loot. But it is based upon how much you partake in the activities and how well you did in helping with the missions. There may even be missions given to you if you ask for one that rank you up.
