AmeriStock consulting & advisory firm. AmeriStock was founded by managing partners RyanRevan & Millenary. These two formed the Firm to aid corporations make the move from private to public through the IPO (initial public offering) process. AmeriStock will also provide consulting for companies after the IPO on finances, stocks, and mergers. Prices for our services are named on a case by case basis, depending on value of the IPO, size of the company, and other factors made clear to the company in the contract provided to them when we make an agreement on services.
