Welcome! "The Small, Wet Country Across the Sea" was the name of our very first historically inaccurate medieval fantasy RPG, and as awkward a title as that is, it's a little too late to rebrand. ;D Despite roleplaying being purely for fun, we aspire to use it to help beginner writers learn through trial-and-error. Not only does it serve as a tool to get feedback from others in real-time, it forces writers to come up with a character's reaction to conflict on the spot; in other words, you have to write quickly, and well. The rules we've set also act as something roleplayers must build their characters and their actions around, which, contradictory as it might sound, actively forces the roleplayers to be more creative. Our main goal is to inspire young writers via the chaos of fantasy roleplay!
