[First Army of Chalcis] Athena's Pride Promotion can occur by: - Staying active. - Wearing the right Uniform, at all times. - Attending all events, training's that are being hosted. - Following up orders. - Staying loyal, and obedient. - Not speaking at all, unless you're told to. - Be mature. -Great effort, and courage, and patients. Demotion is at bay when you: - Disrespect to Ranks higher than yours. - Have bad behavior, such as: breaking laws, being immature. - Being inactive.(Missing at least 3-5 trainings in a row with out justifying in advance). - Speaking out of terms. - Team killing randomly. - Not Being loyal to your king or queen.
