They're one of the most powerful families within the state of Illinois and across America. Loyalty is the core ethos of the Lungs Family and from that grows a spirit of total camaraderie and brotherhood amongst it's members. More so than any other gang, their members are fiercely loyal and ruthless outfit under Julius II Britannia Lungs. This Mafia isn't an Italian Mafia it's a British & South African descent Mafia.
