The Naval Air Training Command (NATRACOM) is a one star joint command that administers the training of student Naval Aviators, Naval Flight Officers, Naval Aircrew, aircraft maintainers and controllers. It is one of the few navy and marine joint commands. The Mission of Naval Air Training Command is to train the world’s finest combat quality aviation professionals, delivering them at the right time, in the right numbers, and at the right cost. Chief of Naval Air Training: V4TICAN Chief of Staff: NATRACOM is a joint command of the OSN (Office of the Secretary of the Navy) and directly reports to him/her on matters involving the training of Flight Officers, Aircrew, and Aviators.
