This group is know as Acknowledgement of World Laws or A.W.L. The group's purpose is to inform those willingly to learn there rights. Therefore, not just that you are capable of defending yourself, but your friends, family, and everyone. Basic Rights of the Child include, "special safeguards and care, including appropriate and legal protection, before and as well as after birth", "mankind owes to the child the best it has to give" -- Preamble of the 1924 Declaration Pledge. Continuing to a different Source: Library of Congress 2007, Act of 1959, The Declaration of Rights of the Child says the child is to enjoy "special protection" as well as "opportunities and facility, by law and other means" for health and normal physical, mental, moral, spiritual, and social development "in conditions of freedom and dignity"...
