[!] This is a side project, don't expect anything until the factions are ready. However, if people volunteer to work on this that's they're choice. Seeing as this is in Pennsylvania just as any other state there would be vaults. Confirmed Vaults soon to come, factions such as BoS/Outcasts, Institute, and the Railroad would be factions that could be allowed along with fan factions seeing as this is unknown land in the fallout universe, fan factions would power this community
