House Upcliff is a noble house from the Vale that goes back to the Age of Heroes. Their seat is located at Witch Isle, and they are vassal to House Arryn, they are also known for having a sinister reputation. The current Lord of House Upcliff is Lord Merling Upcliff. The Coat of Arms is a cresting sea-green wave, on a black field (Sable, a wave cresting vert) House Upcliff's words are "Sure As The Tide". In order to advance further, members will be required to be active, attend trainings, recruit... (General good behavior) If any other members recruit anyone, PM me their names.
