Description
After the flash, Russia restarted to a new Communist rule, and even reopened old Gulag's and even making new Gulag's, and putting strict rule onto their citizens. This group was founded originally as a gang against communism rule and mentality in Russia, these Russians were then shunned, exiled then shipped off to the west. Which many of them had settled down in. This gang consists of multiple fugitives and criminals that were deemed unsafe to be kept in Russia, even ones that were pulled out of prison because they didn't want to use their countries resources on their incarceration.
