Hunnic Empire [HL3] #270123658

Description
The Hunnic Empire was a nomadic confederation that rose in the late 4th century on the Eurasian Steppe. Originating from Central Asia, the Huns moved west into Eastern Europe around the 370s, displacing tribes like the Goths and Alans and triggering the Migration Period, which reshaped Europe. They were masters of mobile warfare, relying on swift horse archers and powerful composite bows. Rather than building cities, they ruled from mobile camps and controlled lands through tribute and intimidation, becoming one of the most feared forces of their time. The empire peaked under Attila the Hun (r. 434–453 CE), who unified many tribes and forced both the Eastern and Western Roman Empire to pay tribute. After his death, the empire quickly declined, collapsing after defeat at the Battle of Nedao. Though short-lived, the Huns played a major role in weakening Rome and shaping early medieval Europe.
