Fires usually appear near the railways so stay near them, if you want, you may pick up a pinewood 4 by 4 vehicle to patrol cargo bays and rail lines in. If you find a fire, say on chat immediately so people can leave that area. If someone reports a fire to you, ask for the location and go check it out. Report time wasters to me.
