𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐀 ───────────── The Stratia was the martial body of the Confederacy—the collective army of Ialysos, Kameiros, and Lindos. Within its ranks stood farmers, craftsmen, merchants, sailors, nobles, and veterans alike, united to common cause while retaining the pride and traditions of their respective poleis. Born amid the upheaval of the Peloponnesian Wars, the Stratia embodied an uncommon achievement: three ancient cities, each fiercely protective of its own laws, traditions, and identity, entrusting their common defense to a single martial force. Their independence was not surrendered, but strengthened through unity. Each polis brought forth its own sons, arms, and experience, yet all answered the same call when Rhodes stood threatened. The Stratia was therefore more than an army; it was the expression of a people who learned that strength need not demand submission, and that by shared sacrifice, the remarkable could be accomplished; liberty from oppressors. ─────────────
