Description
Välkommen till Kungariket Fjorland. The kingdom of Fjorland is a medieval hard fantasy group part of the Norjorth genre group and situated on the Havsten peninsula, south of Vastenland. Culturally, it is generally Scandinavian and is based off of the petty kingdoms of Norway, and the Vendel and Viking periods in Scandinavian history. The people of Fjorland are called by foreigners the Fjorskmän (Fjorskmen) or simply the Fjorsk. Natives will refer to each other by Sommarskmän or Vinterskmän, depending on which province they originate from. The southern province is Vintersten, which contains the capital Hagrhus, and the villages Hofstad, Bergstad, Vinterstenfort, and Gustavshagr. The northern province, Sommarberg, contains Fjordby, Fiskstad, Snellthus, Gunnarstad, and Hestad. Their culture is very violent and expansionist, following the trend set by Konungr Einar the Uniter Gustavsson of Halvaring.
