Description

The Department of External Affairs (DEA) is responsible for a wide spectrum of operations. It protects the secrecy of the Foundation in the public eye by disseminating cover stores, amnestic regimens, and operating front companies. It also seeks out and hires new talent from various lines of work, as well as procures D-class personnel from multiple sources. Overall, the DEA can be seen as an entity similar to human resources in a traditional company. It protects the organization, hires new staff, and ensures existing staff maintain the standards the Foundation expects of its employees.
