Description
Ithaca (named after the Greek island of Ithaca) is a city located on the shores of Cayuga Lake, in the central part of New York (United States ). It is well known for hosting the headquarters of Cornell University, an academic institution of the Ivy League that has a lot of students. While the Ithaca College is located just south of the city of Ithaca, this institution is strongly rooted in the spirit and atmosphere that gives the city.
