History The Jack of Spades was originally a small group of survivors that took shelter in a casino, named Jack of Spades, against a large, organized force of bandits known as the Skulls. The Skulls were constantly conflicting with the Militia, a group of people dedicated to making ####### a city of prosperity and unity instead of conflict, so they needed to forcefully recruit any neutral group. The band of survivors found a locked cellar that contained many smaller weapons, such as Uzis and large knives, which they used to fight off a small group of Skulls. Before the Skulls could send reinforcements the Militia took over a local Skull fort, forcing them to retreat.
