Operating under the auspices of the Chinese Triad, this organization has carved its name into the breaches of infamy. The members of The Velvet Lotus possess an unmistakable signature style, adorned in bleached blonde hair, donning sleek velvet purple suits, and wielding an assortment of unique and deadly weapons. The origins of The Velvet Lotus can be traced back to the chaotic streets of Hong Kong, where a ruthless and ambitious gangster named ## Wei rose to power. ## Wei, a cunning individual with a penchant for sadism set a deep desire to establish an organization that would strike fear into the hearts of both rivals and victims alike. He sought to build a criminal empire that reveled in the art of pain and suffering, attracting those who shared his sadistic inclinations.
