The Government of Britannia "For King and Country." The Kingdom of Great Britain was a sovereign state in Western Europe. The state came into being following the Treaty of Union in 1706, ratified by the Acts of Union in 1707, which united England and Scotland to form a single Union encompassing the whole of Great Britain. It is known for its unwavering willingness to its rise of becoming the world's dominant colonial power, and of its precision to defend justice and ensure the glory of Great Britain.
