The official HR Academy for RDF, this is the ONLY way for Colonel's to get to HR. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Only Colonel+ ranked members in RDF will be accepted, in order for a Colonel to pass, they must pass all 3 stages in a series of tests overtime, once they have passed all 3, they will be promoted. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Stages: ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 1: Discipline In the Discipline stage, you must show maturity, and grace under pressure. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 2: Experience In this stage, you must show the ability to host, and lead. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 3: Combat In order to teach combat, you must be able to do it yourself, your combative skills will be tested.
