Description
The People’s Top Hat Cartel (P.T.H.C) is a mafia-cartel hybrid syndicate that operates on various Roblox experiences. The P.T.H.C operates through raiding, recruitment, and battles with other Roblox factions that exist in those specific experiences. The P.T.H.C is one of the cells of the People’s Network, a media network where the P.T.H.C can upload propaganda, recruitment videos, and more. The faction started through the downfall of the Democratic People’s Empire of the Cartels where it was succeeded by the People’s Top Hat Cartel founded by Doctor Romanov Co after a mass of conflicts between enemies and rivals who also co-founded the D.P.E.O.C. The People’s Top Hat Cartel is a fictional Roblox faction, not a real world criminal organization, and is only formed for enjoyment.
