Description
The Outer Rim Vanguard was founded by the bounty hunter A10-483, under the pretense of a militia to help enforce order, while in reality it is an extortion and bounty hunting syndicate, with most of it's members being registered members of the Bounty Hunting Guild. How ranks work. You start off as a LR initiate, and if you attend a RP and do well you will be promoted to MR, and can pick to ether be an enforcer or bounty hunter. People who attend many RPs and do well, and are trusted, will be promoted to HR, and can pick to ether be a Jedi hunter or a dark Jedi. People who I know well and trust are picked to be my advisers. Each level of rank has better gear than the last, with C ranks having the best gear and the most experience.
