Promotions are based on simple rules like: To become a Elite+ member you have to buy the unfiform. To become higher in ranks than an Elite+ members you will have to: (inform iiGreyTaste of your duty's.) - Get us members - Be active - Be friendly - Serve To speak to one of your officers you will have to say "Sir" or call him out by his name.
