To get a promotion to builder you have to be a good builder and an impressive one too. To get a promotion to fighter then you must be a formidible foe. To get a promotion to Scientists you must be an impressive builder and a formidible foe. Scripting experience is a bonus for this. You can not be ranked up to one of the leaders unless one quits for whatever reason or our status changes.
