The Jacksburg & Southern Railroad Police is a law enforcement agency with sworn Peace Officers with full police powers committed to protecting all J&S owned and managed right of way/property and the public at large. J&S Railroad Police serve to protect the assets of the company from criminals and vandals and to enforce the law on both railroad right-of-way and public right-of-way. The Railroad Police are fully empowered under law as Officers Of The Peace in both the State of Montour and Pennsylvania.
