Bernie Sanders has announced that he plans to run for the office of President of the United States. ~ We believe that the progressive and left-populist policies of Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders are the best fit for the United States of America, and his presidency would make great strides in fixing some of the most pressing issues of our nation, such as income inequality, exorbitant medical and education prices, and the threat of anthropogenic climate collapse. ~ Furthermore, we recognize that the presidency of Donald Trump has been characterized by a resurgence of American nationalism and far-right hatred, as well as attacks on the media, the longest government shutdown in history that resulted in hundreds of thousands of federal workers going without pay for weeks, and unjust and arbitrary action, as well as straw-man attacks, against both documented and undocumented immigrants.
