Description
The Diplomatic and public relations department of Rome. This department is completely fictional, and is run by a collective council overseen by the Emperor. There is no division leader, as all council members are of equal rights and importance. The council is made up of 12 citizens handpicked by the Emperor. To become a certified diplomat on behalf of Rome, you may contact any councilmen for an application.
