If you pass, you will become a Cadet in the Department. Once you become a Cadet, you can then go through the P.O.S.T. Academy (Peace Officer Standards and Training), which is about 3 hours of your time, for 3 days. From there, you'd formally graduate to become an WCPD Officer. Then, you can move up into the WCPD SWAT Division.
