Description
In the fictional future of 2030, a widespread outbreak of the disease Xylo-29 AKA as the Xylonen Project. Created in 2029 as a bioweapon, leaked by the Israeli government, spread across the globe like wildfire. After the WHO was unable to contain this, the UN put together the DCA in order to contain this outbreak.
