SOUTHEAST PORT AUTHORITY OF ALABAMA AND TENNESSEE The Southeast Port Authority is a quasi-governmental agency that has jurisdiction over ports within Alabama. We provide law enforcement, fire & rescue and caretaker services to the Port and areas around the port, as well as regulate the passage of persons and goods between the United States and other nations.
