Welcome to Byzantium, historically, the spirit of Rome lived on in the Eastern Half of the Roman Empire, after the West fell in 476 AD. This section of the empire later became known as the Byzantine Empire, and carried on the legacy of Rome. To be promoted to a citizen, you must either be wearing appropriate Byzantine Attire from the group store, or not be working any character packages or have inhuman character colors.
