The Federation of Flood defense was made thetreecutter on 3/17/2016 The federation of Flood Defense was created to prevent "Flood" Or the "Parasite" that had infected many planets from both Covenant, Forerunner, and the Humans. The Federation is NOT UNSC, but a group of civilians who were able to survive the Flood invasion, and the UNSC technology left behind on the planets were used to rebuild. Era- 2553
