Description

Formed in response to the divided BVE community Supreme Chancellor- Head of state Vice Chancellor- responsible for all the affairs of the Chancellor. If the Supreme Chancellor is busy then the Vice Chancellor will take his place for the remainder of the event in question. Second highest rank in the senate however is more powerful then the Grand Vizier.
