You may be asking "Oh what is so important now". Well my fellow Troopers, The rules. I understand that we do not like this. Infact, Almost everyone hates to be confined by rules. But Troopers, You must listen to my words. We must be bound by rules. To allow all of us to work together. To protect all of us. As our High ranks should know, They should never abuse their powers. That being said this dose not limited to Administrative commands... No no. This is to their own powers over you and I. That is to not be abused to any exstent. As I would say. "Lead by Exsample" That is what they shall do, And what you shall do. Next, I would like to address this concern of mine. The stupidity amongst all of us. If we can not function as basic Troopers. The rebellion will uproot us and steam roll us to hell and back. I do not want that
