Welcome to the Mormon Faith group! Here is a summary of who we are: Basic Info: Our church headquarters are in Utah, Salt Lake City. We are called The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and read the Book of Mormon and the Bible. We believe that Joseph Smith was visited by God and Jesus Christ to tell Joseph that the other churches on earth at that time were not the true churches of Christ and to restore Christ's true church to the earth. This was when Christ's true church was restored. We are a different type of Christian, we have our own beliefs and the beliefs of many other christians as well, just like Catholics and Baptist do. We follow Jesus and live our life the way he wants us too. Beliefs: We believe in the Holy Spirit watches over us and encourages us to do the right thing. We believe that we were once living as spirits with god before life, all of us. He sent us here to test us to see if we were righteous enough to come back to him in eternal life in heaven,
