Founder: -Galactic Empire- Co-Founder: The Old Empire Holder: Loiu6 Current Chancellor: Loiu6 (until 4 Member Groups) The Chancellor is a meeting moderator, who is chosen every two months from a single candidate put forward by the member groups. Enforcers are members selected from each group by the leader of said group, who are responsible for ensureing that the groups other than the one they are from follow the rules, to avoid a bias.
