The Dark Nebula is an organization that is bent on unleashing the power of the forbidden Bey Lightning L Drago over the world. It is controlled by Doji. Note that Ryutaro and Tobio Oike were forced to join and Busujima is the member only in the manga series. Tsubasa also infiltrated their base and Ryuga turned into an anti-hero.
