This group was made for the purpose of giving out money to those who cannot afford any uniforms. You will only be funded if you cannot afford the uniform appropriate to your rank, no donations for future uniforms. This means that while you're Pending - Padawan, you will only be funded for the Youngling - Padawan uniform, not the Knights+, and same goes for other uniforms beyond that.
