While many of them perished never to be seen again, a select few individuals somehow survived... now with both Shinigami and Hollow powers... They now help those showing the same problems that Narutoworl cursed the old Shinigami with! Only those with latent hollow abilities will be accepted as members... Awaiting Training - Showing some latent hollow abilities. Whether they can control it.. Remember that right now we're currently neutral, so that means if I get proof that you randomly attacked a member of Soul Society or Hueco Mundo, then you'll be kicked before you even get a chance to start your hollow training...
