The Pact of Fire and Blood, currently, is a collection of allies considered loyal to House Targaryen. |History| Houses Royce, Bolton, Velaryon, and Targaryen gathered together and became very close during the rebellion of King Aegon I. During the Bolton's War for the North, House Clegane joined the Pact. This is the strongest collection of armies in the history of Game of Thrones.
