Description
The Patrian Empire (Imperium Patrianorum) was the spiritual and political successor of Infinitive's Empire after the collapse of the Patrian Union. After establishing control over most of the former Union's territory, the Empire saw decades of relative peace and economic prosperity until a civil war erupted between the Empire's forces and those of the New Patrian Union, a socialist uprising comprising of the Eastern half of the Empire. The New Union was decisively defeated at the Siege of the Sovereign City and routed back to Petrikov by Emperor Tiber Vanderall, proclaimed "Augustus" after the battle. The First Nixan Preliators, led by Tiber Vanderall, pursued the remaining New Union forces back to their capital city, Volkishev, where the subsequent siege ended in the city being burned to the ground as retribution for the destruction in the provinces of Colpindar and Stonecarve. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ basically a testing ground now meh
