[TWW] The Confederate Army Information: During the early 1860s, following years of social hostility and animosity, and directly after the election of President Abraham Lincoln, several southern states seceded from the Union to form the Confederate States of America. The Confederate Army was the main fighting force of this new nation, and called men from all across the region to fight for their ideals and way of life. Please note that this group absolutely does NOT condone any form of racial discrimination that may be attributed to the historical actions and ideals of this army and nation. This group and community as a whole exists to serve as a way for people from all walks of life to 'reenact' this pivotal moment in American history.
