These tasks they will execute at the cost of their own lives if necessary. ✠▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬✠ Although technically a department of the Adeptus Terra, the Adeptus Custodes are answerable only to the Emperor and their own officers. ✠▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬✠ RECRUITMENT: Recruitment to this group is by personal invitation of the Emperor only. This group tends to use the Adeptus Astartes to find worthy initiates.
