There are many different organizations whom fight amongst each other while also defending their neighborhood(s). Clique owners can buy streets at a price for their organization to build up their neighborhood (maximum is 3). Clique owners as well as High Ranking members also get specialized weapons without having to buy that weapon's gamepass.
