Description

The Port Authority of Los Santos (LSPA) is the public authority for the Port of Los Santos and the districts therein: Elysian Island and the Terminal. Members of the PALS can be seen guarding entrances to various industrial areas of the port, excluding the Merryweather owned building, and can occasionally be seen driving around the port in boats.
